New Professor of Innovation appointed head of the Institute for Manufacturing

Professor Tim Minshall, the inaugural Dr John C Taylor Professor of Innovation, has become the new Head of the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), taking over from Professor Andy Neely.
Dr Tim Minshall has been appointed as the inaugural Dr John C Taylor Professor of Innovation at the University of Cambridge, a new post that will build on the University’s strengths in science, engineering and entrepreneurship.
Dr Jessica Gardner, currently Director of Library Services and University Librarian at the University of Bristol, will take up her new post in April 2017.
