An incident affected Outlook for UIS staff.

An incident this morning (6 October) meant that UIS staff were unable to access Outlook. UIS believe that this issue is now resolved. If staff are still experiencing difficulties, please report it to the UIS Service Desk.

If you tried emailing a UIS colleague and received a bounce notification, you are advised to now try to re-send your email. The Chat on Microsoft Teams was not affected.
