The importance of accepting the difficulties that staff are currently facing.
Dr Martin Vinnell (pictured), Director of Occupational Health and Safety at the University, has been speaking to a number of institutions about his views on mental health and lockdown.
He believes it is important to accept the difficulties staff are facing, rather than create additional stress by trying to stay “happy, healthy and mentally well”.
