Cambridge University Libraries is surveying all students and staff at the University and its colleges, to develop a deeper understanding of the needs of library users. The data collected will be used to inform service provision and planning, to make sure the library service meets users’ needs and continues to be world-class. Findings will be shared across the library network, including College, Faculty and Departmental libraries and the University Library.
All staff at the University and its colleges are entitled to access the main University Library building and its collections; many staff are also able to access online library resources such as books and journals from their home or office.
The survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete. On completing the survey you will be eligible to enter a prize draw with the chance to win one of ten £50 Amazon shopping vouchers. There is no obligation to include your name and contact details, you will only be asked to do this if wishing to be eligible for the prize draw and this information will be kept separately to your survey responses.
