The next Open meeting for University administrative staff will take place on Monday 13th November, 15:30 to 17:00 in the Babbage Lecture Theatre on the New Museums Site. All administrative, academic-related and assistant staff across the University are invited.
At the meeting, the University’s new Vice-Chancellor, Professor Stephen Toope, will be in conversation with Director of Communications Paul Mylrea.
Professor Toope will talk about his career as a scholar and academic leader, and his initial thoughts on issues affecting Cambridge and the wider higher education sector in the UK. Professor Toope will also take questions from the audience.
The meeting will be followed by a drinks reception where staff will have the opportunity to meet the Vice-Chancellor informally.
