The racial composition of the University and what staff and students have experienced will be discussed at an event attended by the Vice-Chancellor. An institutional action plan to improve racial equality at Cambridge will also be presented. The Vice-Chancellor will reflect on the University's aspirations and the way forward towards a more inclusive University.
