Conversations on career progression and race

Janet Ramdeo (Senior Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Education) and Hawa Sydique (Research and Communications Manager - UCCRI) will talk about their career experience and trajectory in Higher Education and beyond, the challenges faced and strategies of dealing with them. It will be an opportunity to discuss ideas that might help others in the same situation, and talk about ways of addressing institutional obstacles.
