Feedback submitted via the For Staff webpages is collected anonymously. The For Staff webpages collect information about you if you identify yourself when submitting feedback (e.g. by providing your name or contact details). If you do not provide us with these details, your feedback will remain anonymous.

If you provide us with your contact details, we will be able to contact you with any update or information regarding your feedback. For example, if you experience an issue on the site, we will use any contact details provided by you to contact you directly if required.

We do not share your details with external parties.
