Sarah's appointment completes the transition to a new HR structure

Sarah Fecondi, new Assistant Director of HR
Sarah Fecondi has joined the University this week as the new Assistant Director of Human Resources. Sarah was previously the HR lead for the Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and has held a number of senior HR positions at Central Bedfordshire Council and other organisations. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in both strategic and operational HR. In her new role, she will be responsible for the HR Business Partnering teams, the HR Policy team and the Investigations team. She will also be taking forward the creation of a new Case Management team.
On her appointment, Sarah said 'I am delighted to be joining the HR Division during this time of significant transformation which has both an exciting and challenging agenda for change. I look forward to working with colleagues across the University and hope to apply my 20+ years of operational and strategic HR to the continuing success and development of the world-class community at the University of Cambridge.'
